Wasn't the whole point of Liberia an experiment to see how long blacks could LARP and run a nation like a western civilization if you gave the power to the smartest ones right off the bat? I mean they lasted about ninety years before the army chimped out and fucked the economy with two civil wars, and they went bankrupt a few times but compared to like anywhere else run by joggas it was good.
