In an effort to prevent transmission, we should direct and concentrate all consumers to Walmart. All stores that sell clothing, beauty supplies, electronics should all stay closed, as these items are non-essential, however they are essential if you buy them at Walmart. If workers return to these stores, they run the risk of infecting each other but not if they join the other 200,000 new workers being hired at Walmart.
