You do have culture. It's just that America is so expansive, Americans so lacking in context and American culture so ingrained in other parts of the world that you don't see it that way. Muscle cars, proms, american handegg, pep rallies, your can do attitude towards literally everything, your movies your, media in general,your food, people in cowboy hats and bolo ties, your adherence to law and order. Etc etc etc. Of course when people think of an American they picture a mullet-sporting, America overall-clad dude with a cowboy hat and a biker stache.
