I'm not sure how you would link individual handles to IPs unless you generated a unique link per handle and made sure only they clicked on it. I think modern web browsers don't allow you to see *all* cookies, so there's that. I know Facebook has a way to do it, but I think that's an iframe or an embedded facebook page or something that allows it to get the cookies and show the "Share big cock bang bang with your friends!"
