If Reddit is going to get serious about diversity, they need to get rids of trans moderators.

Trans (particularly 'transbian') moderators constitute much less than 1% of the population yet control virtually ever major 'default' subreddit.

For diversity I would like to see more black moderators and if we're being representative of the population they should have strong Christian Baptist beliefs.
