I don't use Twitter but seeing the stuff that goes on there reminds me of forum raiding during the early 00's but with the big difference of being on separate sites/boards with different cultures/ communities. Small sites run by friend groups or hobbyists instead of billion dollar corporations where they influence what is right or wrong, who gets banned or silenced, which ideas should be promoted for millions of people all over the world.
