That's been my experience as well. I've showed them pages of math I've done on the data proving that white privilege and systemic racism in law enforcement is a farce. The biggest damning statistic is the Asian population: killed at very low rates by police relative to their population proportion, arrested at very low rates too, especially for violent crime. Asians are 5.8% of the total pop and make up 1.45% of violent crime arrests, so they are 75% underrepresented. Whites are 10% underrepresented. If the liberal narrative around police discrimination is correct, then Asians are the most privileged group in the country by a gigantic margin when it comes to dealing with LE.

None of them will even glance at my math. They call me a racist and unfriend me. These are people I've known for my entire life, "smart" people who have graduated college and work as doctors, teachers, lawyers, researchers. They are all indoctrinated sheep.

Option one, we have a huge wave of new infections as a result of these protests, in which case the Democrats' false narrative is directly responsible for massive loss of American lives

Option two, we don't have a huge wave and some very interesting questions will be raised. Why did over 30 million people need to lose their jobs over this? Why can't we go to the beach or bars when tens of thousands are jam packed in the streets? Why can't people have a fucking funeral for their dead family members right now? Liberal media is already trying to blame new infections on "people going to the beach and bars."

I strongly suspect that option two will be the reality. I would not be surprised if left media deliberately created huge amounts of hysteria surrounding Covid in order to damage the economy during an election year. They wanted Trump out and they were willing to completely destroy the economy in an attempt to make him look bad. We'll see how this plays out.

Option 2 is correct. And I predict that this backfires hard in the faces of libs come November. The Dems will be labeled as the party that stoked racial unrest and forced healthy individuals to stay home and lose their livelihoods. Trump will claim he was against these draconian measures whilst also claiming responsibility for the soon-dwindling COVID cases. Add in Biden's overall weakness and unlikeability. Trump wins in landslide.

As someone with a respiratory disease, I don't buy into the idea that corona is fake/overblown. I can see why some people are skeptical because its a healthy attitude to have, but I hope that people stop doubting in a couple weeks when more people start getting infected.
