CHAZ was founded to combat the systemic racism that exists in the united states justice system, and enforced by the police, to put it simply CHAZ was created to combat white supremacy, Raz is a strong POC who is leading his people to a new era of freedom. By default anything Raz does is justified because he is simply doing to you what you have done to POC for hundreds/thousands of years. If you oppose this you hate black leadership, and should check yourself.
