Silly drama: paranoid Bronyhater tries to do a writeup about the metasphere. A day later, CB-type folks invade the post and proceed to spam the absolute shit out of it. (Going from 24 comments to over 300)

(As we all know r/drama is a catty little shit hole where bias and editorializing is allowed, so I'm going to embrace that)

This was also posted to SRD but AgonistAgent didn't get all the drama. Shame, shame!

btwstopsrs makes a post on r/conspiracy about how the metasphere is manipulating the rest of reddit. The real humor is this prediction:

Precautionary note: As I've called out multiple meta subreddits, I expect this post to be brigaded. Expect derailing comments.

The thread didn't really get any derailing comments in the first day of its posting. It went over fairly well, and got a couple dozen upvotes and comments. MWM saw it and linked the r/cringe mods to it, spawning this comment chain. Note the timestamps on all comments.

(Also note the lack of a reply from btwstopsrs to my comment. He's full of shit, but whatever.)

This remark in the text of btwstopsrs's self-post:

We even see this in /r/braveryjerk, which uses irony as it's main organ of operation. Opposing arguments are ignored and derailed with aggression and wall of text copypasta (a de facto brigade).

Goes exactly as expected. Seriously, if you complain about Braveryjerk spamming, you're pretty much asking for it.

Though there was some copypasta posted in the thread's own lifetime. I believe this may have been the top comment during Day 1. btwstopsrs was not amused by RandPaulsFoodstamps

He's aware of the fresh spam as the the metasphere converges to censor him

But he wonders where they all came from

tl;dr complain about the metasphere invading and spamming and derailing and they will deliver
