ZilianOP is a disabled gamer who often goes on Twitch TV while streaming gameplay in order to raise money for his situation. He has raised over twenty thousand dollars. The other day, he miraculously stood up while broadcasting, unaware that his camera was still on. He was then banned from Twitch TV.

The woman in the voice is his girlfriend, another streamer, who is apparently aware of his deception, given her "Oh my god!" and then trailing off into a weird story about her dog (?)
