MittRomneysCampaign uses this incident to post this in /r/drama: "In light of the /r/bestof drama, I should mention that /r/bestof moderators have been deliberately removing anything involving me and ignoring any messages asking why"

SRDBroke links to the post in /r/drama. Jess_than_three and MittRomneysCampaign clash (100 children) when JTT dismisses compaint with: "Holy shit, are you still crying about this? How does "waaaahh my thread was deleted a month ago it's not fair this is bullshit" constitute drama, anyway?". Obscure popcorn grotto between Suspended_Animation and a few others here about the possibility of the /r/bestof moderators removing posts because of bias.

Meanwhile, there is gossip in the town square of /r/drama over whether mods ban people for being from SRSSucks. Mods say this is actually against people affiliated with Laurelais-hygiene.

Back on the battlefield, SRSRedditDrama joins SRDBroke in launching a simultaneous post against MRC on /r/drama. MRC uses this opportunity to bring in SRSSucks. SRSRedditDrama posts about MRC posting about them and MRC posts about SRSRedditDrama posting about him posting about SRSRedditDrama.

Sometime in the mix, MRC posts a leak showing that /r/secretpopcorn is also involved, posts claiming they have made brigades against the SRSSucks frontpage.

SRSRedditDrama calls this a "meltdown" and launches a second post in SRSRedditDrama..

Meanwhile, SRSRedditDrama makes their own assault in /r/drama. Lots of talk of breadsticks, buttmad from OP, SRDBroke, and lolsail. Bonus appearance from drama viceroy david-me and slapfights over who is a brigade and who isn't.

ArchangelleGabrielle calls in the national guard of the fempire and links the drama to SRS prime.

Back in the SRSSucks stronghold, dawn-of-the-dan posts that all of their frontpage had been reported by SRS.

While no one is looking, WorstofSRS brings in their troops, lots of talk about breadsticks.

Drama continues to rage in /r/drama, bonus slapfight deep in the trenches between MRC and argoATX, sample:

argoATX: "oh look you're still crying and pretending to live on the upper half of the intelligence spectrum, LOL. go outside, you autistic fucking retard."

argoATX's people skills and friendly demeanor pick up the interest of SRSSucks. From Jovial_Gorilla: "SJWs are the new Christian right. Using the same gendered slurs, even. They're just abrasive, axiomatic, dogmatic retards that have been brainwashed by other armchair activists into thinking they're right."

Toward the end, mercenaries from WorstofSRS take their final shots against MRC: "Why the long face MRC? You are creating meta drama in your sub. A certain someone got banned for doing that."

As the drama dies down, /new queues are buried in the crossfire, entire userpages are bombed with downvotes and the source of the drama, the /r/bestof mods, have yet to weigh in to give their take.
