If any of this really happened, you’re totally in the wrong, and you totally handled this poorly. Everything everyone above me has said is right - police take missing child notifications or attempted child abductions very seriously. Besides, the Rule 34 stuff is concerned with the characters, who, as I recall, are equivalent to young adults so they would be "of age." The sexualizing is done to the characters, not the target demographic. Never could understand SRD's hard-on for bronies. I don't generally give a shit what TV shows you like or why, but the moment a grown-ass man (or woman!) starts collecting dolls, playing dress-up at conventions, and adopting the show as an integral part of their self-identity ... they're fucked a bit in the head.

If some 30 year old showed up dressed as, I dunno, Strawberry Damn Shortcake, and proceeded to drone on for the next twenty minutes about how meaningful the cartoon was and how important it was to them, wouldn't you think they were a bit strange?

There is, of course, limited drama in TuRD, but someone mentions:
