Jonathan Wight (Senior Staff Engineer at Twitter) belittles and bullies young programmers on Twitter. When called out on his ageism, he responds with scorn and more bullying. (x-post from /r/programming)

Long story short, Wight belittles a young programmer over his github project, and instead of having a reasonable conversation, continues to bully said programmer and those who agree with him with blatant ageism.

Says that people who don't mention him properly don't have backbone, then goes on to do the exact same thing.

Yep. This is someone with actual power at Twitter. Belittling the next generation of programmers over a simple learning project that was only meant for fun and explicitly states so in the description on github.

I can only imagine what kind of workplace environment this guy creates for his underlings. Clearly anyone younger than him knows nothing, amirite?
