Mass shadowbans swept across 2 Major threads: Here & Here. Many of these shadowbans appeared to be illegitimate, leaving many in the dark.

When users realizing they where shadowbanned they began searching for answers. The majority of the replies came from Ocrasorm which leads me to believe he was responsible for the banning. Ocrasorm’s replys to many banned users was either: 1, *Your a 4Chan troll or 2, You where caught in the “Filter”.

1.) How would Ocrasorm detect if someone was coming from 4chan? 4chan doesn’t allow hyperlinks so there would be no referer. And while there might have been a raid, it still does not account for the amount of people banned. It also seams as though both the OPs where shadowbanned as well.

Sporkicide reply when questioned on the events. However, Kekskopf & Shinbreaker were indeed banned contrary to what Sporkicide claims.

2.) The apparent filter seemed to comb up a lot of bystanders. Anyone commenting on the ‘Zoe Quinn Incident’ where sucked up, even the guy who posted a .gif was shadowbanned.

Either way, it is still very suspicious that both OPs where banned, they can’t track users from 4Chan because of no referer, and Leaked Mod logs/chat imply administrative censorship
