Fanfic writer upset over accusations of plagiarism, unusually detailed responses quickly prove she's full of it

Yesterday, Fanfiction.net user GirlBehindTheBook decided to post to the popular community forum Writers Anonymous, claiming that she's being harassed by a guest accusing her of plaigarism.

As someone who writes both fanfiction and my own work, I take a certain pride as a 'writer'. I love all my work no matter if it is fanfiction or my own original stuff, and I love and cherish it because it's my own hard and honest work.

On the suggestion of other members, she also posts to the self proclaimed "Anti-Plagiarism Investigation Reports". This quickly proves to be a mistake when the head mod of the board shuts her down in dramatic fashion:

Unfortunately, it is not an empty allegation. On investigation, we found at least 4 cases of lifted text from 4 different authors/sources in your stories. Likely there is more, but you seem to enjoy paraphrasing the lifted portions to make the plagiarism less obvious.

Would just like to add, Ms GirlBehindTheBook, TAPIR does not appreciate being used as a blind for your activities. We also do not appreciate your attempts to deceive our staff. If you post on our forum, better make sure you really do not have plagiarized material on your account, because we will be very thorough with checking and documenting of proof. We also verify with the original authors and dates of posting.

Their mods show over the course of both threads that GirlBehindTheBook not only stole from multiple authors over various hosting sites but also from the script of The Hobbit and a relatively obscure Sherlock-related Youtube video. The head mod goes on to contact one of the original authors to confirm that there was indeed plagiarism involved. Absolutely nothing seems to escape this guy:

I see you've edited your profile to remove the UK location flag. I did screen it as it appeared before: http://i1225.photobucket.com/albums/ee385/RogueMudblood/GirlBehindTheBook_profile_zps8e19e1c3.png

and now: http://i1225.photobucket.com/albums/ee385/RogueMudblood/GBTB_profile2_zpsa9a0c24b.png

I have to wonder why you've made the change. Yes, I noted NicoleSalvatore1918's profile states they are from the US when I found the identical passages in "Seven Devils".

Somehow this all gets to the Tumblr that hosted the above story in question, which proceeds to post an announcement calling GirlBehindTheBook out and condemning plagiarism in general.

We're still waiting on GBTB's response- that, or the fanfiction.net admins shutting down her account entirely.
