Ken White, libertarian blogger and lawyer who writes for the blog Popehat wrote a long blog this week revealing that his ongoing battle with depression and anxiety forced him to be temporarily institutionalized and urging others in crisis to seek help.

Apparently before he posted about his depression, Ken reached out to fellow Popehat blogger Clark and asked him if he thought noted "Rapid Puppy" sci-fi publisher Vox Day would attack him for it and Clark was all like "Nah, Vox Day wouldn't stoop that low."

As it turns out Clark was so very wrong. Vox Day immediately rose to the challenge, telling Ken that because he had had the temerity to 'attack' Vox before, any weakness of Ken's was fair game for Vox to exploit. He also, in passing, made the assertion that "4 in 5 SJWs" suffer from mental illness. It's an impressively bizarre bit of rambling about how strong, confident and mental-illness-free Vox Day is and how weak his opponents are. One might almost be inclined to think Vox Day was overcompensating for something.
