So, for some quick background, the player on the right is supposed to draw 2 cards each turn but, as you can clearly see in the video, he repeatedly draws 3. This gives him a big advantage in the game.

The thread is mostly people shocked at this behavour - it's not common (or if it is, it's not caught often). Until someone turns up to defend him...
