/r/games is banning any discussion on the blacklist situation with the gaming section on site Kotaku.

After reading Jim Sterlings twitter, it seems /r/games is banning any discussion to do with gaming channels/journalists.

The Kotaku blacklisting situation as it stands currently accuses (With heavy proof) that Kotaku has been blacklisting gaming personalities (Such as Boogie2988) for disagreeing with their wants (Which have sometimes outright included denouncing gamergate for their advantage).

Link here.

Jim also claims /r/games has been deleting his videos in general, against their "rule 1" vague rule "No content primarily for humor or entertainment".

This is a few weeks after the /r/games mods decided to silence any discussion on gaming icon TotalBiscuits cancer relapse also claiming it "wasn't relevant" regardless of what he himself has done for the gaming industry.

I haven't found any actual words from the mods yet but i'll update this post as it goes:

Update: TotalBiscuit: "r/games/ moderation is one long inconsistent, mood driven powertrip. People with no relevance controlling discourse"

"they literally change them then try to apply those changes retroactively to cover their asses"
