This is their second locked post. The first locked post initially referred /r/targetedenergyweapons. Head mod /u/Tok-A-Mak breached agreement to refer the sub he recommended be created. Locked post was edited to delete referral to /r/targetedenergyweapons and now intentionally refers a nonexistent yahoo group: Meanwhile targeted individuals are being tortured and slow killed and are not aware of a sub that can help them.
