I'm pretty sure it is tbh

My evidence:

• I was first tipped off by the 'I HATE U!! I HATE U!! I HATE U!!' twitter background, since the image and text was the exact same style as the images from an old irc troll in-joke about irc bullying.

• The 'sockpuppet' messages have the same exact text as the images on stop-irc-bullying.eu

• There's no evidence of a Candice Owens in Wall Street with a creative writing/journalism degree; an entrepreneur on wall street would at least have a linkdin

• 'Candice' being a black woman makes her the perfect vehicle for giving a scathing critique of GG targets

• The writing style is ridiculously campy in the same style as stop-irc-bullying but with a stereotypically girly twist

• This type of ruse is pretty common in some troll circles and pretty funny imo

• Anybody who does basic research into cyberbullying or 'online harassment' knows about GG; it's synonymous with it. Given the sardonic language and 'I go outside' shit, feigning ignorance was clearly a dig on GG and aGG and how much time they spend bickering over petty shit.

• The recent article is pretty much engineered specifically to push ZQ and Harper's buttons to the greatest possible degree.

There are some other tells, but this seems to be a ruse. I have some suspects in mind.
