Jinx the well known content thief may have stopped his reactions that break fair use law. Yet, that doesn't mean he still isn't willing to steal content for profit.

A fan by the name of Zen worked out a deal with Jinx where Jinx could use Zen's beat on his soundcloud for a freestyle rap. However, Zen did not give Jinx permission to distribute work with his beat on it for profit. He wanted to keep the instrumental and any song using the instrumental free of charge and free from bothersome ads.

However, without telling Zen, Jinx uploaded the freestyle to one of his Youtube channels and ran ads on the video. Not only did he run ads but he failed credit Zen while crediting everyone who rapped on the track.

When Zen found out and confronted Jinx on the issue, Jinx lied to Zen about the earning. In a attempt to deflect him.
