Trump's fourth comments is in reply to Milo's only unremoved comment. Milo has made four comments on the AMA and the other three have been removed, despite Milo being a mod of /r/The_Donald himself.
70 minutes in, 13k net upvotes at a 65% upvote rate, 20k comments and 83x gilded. So far Trump has commented four times, and has answered zero questions. Hopefully his comment/answer ratio will improve as the AMA continues.

It seems that the AMA has been removed from /r/all, probably due to the downvotes. The AMA currently has 12.5k net upvotes at a 64% upvote rate, which is roughly 28.6k upvotes and 16.1k downvotes. Also, EnoughTrumpSpam's post has reached /r/all (it's NSFW, and so won't appear to people without accounts).
I missed this comment Trump's sixth comment is a scathing condemnation of "Crooked Hillary Clinton".
Trump has answered his second question (seventh comment), with a few encouraging words for potential law enforcement officers.

The thread is currently not appearing on /r/all, which probably means that the moderators have changed the subreddit settings to remove their sub from /r/all. Or the admins are covering it up. You can decide which one you choose to believe.

Looks like the Trump Train has no brakes! Trump has posted two more comments, despite apparently finishing the AMA about 30 minutes ago. Now that's what I call HIGH ENERGY! Tenth comment & eleventh comment.

Tinfoil theory time, Trump is no longer answering his own AMA and his PR is now doing it for him. I only have two pieces of evidence:
1 - Trump's FB page said that Trump has finished his AMA.
2 - His most recent comments are actually on topic and actually attempt to answer the question.

6 hours after the AMA thread was posted (go1dfish page) and the currently locked thread has: 3.6k net upvotes at a 63% upvote rate, 24.k comments, and is 111x gilded.
4 hours after the Post-AMA discussion thread was posted (go1dfish page) and the thread has: 4.4k net upvotes at a 54% upvote rate, and 2.6k comments.
Here is the current front page of /r/The_Donald. Most of the threads are complaints about the AMA being removed from the front page.
Admin and reddit CEO /u/spez has posted a thread explaining why the AMA disappeared off of the front page so quickly.

SRD mod /u/elfa82 got into a small slapfight in SRC, and posted his own thread in SRC about being banned from /r/The_Donald.
/u/Viking83, moderator of /r/The_Donald posted an explanation for Milo's questions being removed:
About Milo - we agreed mods could only get one question and Milo agreed to this on email last night - we really wanted the community to get their questions answered. We were relaying community questions containing the same topics to Mr.Trump to keep the topics of the questions - but so more people got an answer but just Milo
