Gotta love this update. Got my parents and sister into the game, gave us a fun thing to do with the family. We've been going out to pokehunt or just hit a bunch of stops to stock up on supplies. Well this morning when my mom (level 21, just about to hit 22) opened her app, it completely reset her account. I tried all the suggestions for making it work again, nothing works. She's absolutely ticked off. Niantic better be restoring or replacing her account with another level 21/22 and tons of Pokémon. Looks like no more PoGo for us unless it gets fixed :( thanks niantic
