/r/uncensorednews has a new rule

As the title suggests, /r/uncensorednews is and was meant to be a sub for posting news, and commenting on it, regardless of opinion. Their headmod, /u/ramblinrambo3 is a supporter of public modlogs. About 9 months ago, I remember him forcing SRC to get public modlogs. But this time it's backfired. We can actually see the shit that he's done. He's been banning those that disagree with censorship. Needless to say, he got called out on his shit out here. But then agian, he went in to SRC and gave his 'you don't know the whole story argument'. I

I've never been a fan of /r/uncensorednews, although the censorship was less than that of /r/news. However, it ticked me off to see them going down the path of /r/politics. They initiated a new rule in which editorialised titles weren't allowed. Seeing their new announcement out here, I decided to take the bait and jumped in.

This was my first comment. (You can ignore his reply, and my edit for now)

This was my second comment. Nothing wrong, just refuting a mod's statement.

This was my third. I decided to tell people about the viable better alternative, which didn't endorse censorship. Surprising nobody, /u/G_Petronius decided to use it as a reason for banning me. Fun fact: I'd been banned 30 minutes before he replied to me. So I guess that proves that I wasn't banned for 'spam'

This was the fourth comment. Pointing out how it wasn't 'uncensored'.

This was the fifth comment, following which he says he'll ban me. (proving that the G-petronus guy wasn't the one who bannedme and I was banned for triggering ramblinrambo).

Also, I decided to crosspost the post onto AHS, as they don't really like uncensorednews, and SRC already had a post on them.

Anyhow, let's go to the aftermath.

After banning me, Ramblinrambo went about commenting, replying to everyone of my comments, knowing that I couldn't reply back. This was our conversation, in reply to the ban message. He went full /r/news, telling me to kill myself ( He told me to mention it ).

After muting me, /u/F_Petronius realised the mistake he had made. They banned me for calling the out. So to justify my banning, he unmuted me and accused me of trying to spread /r/FullNEWS propaganda on /r/uncensorednews. When I told him that I'd only mentioned it once, he came up with conspiracies (Flytape's partner confirmed.

My exchange with him

So there you go- /r/uncensorednews has a new rule:

Any criticism of any moderation or the sub itself results in a ban

Do I sound like Tokkul already?
