Kimmaugh is/was a woman who terrorized the online art community in the early-mid 2000's. She was the weird shit documenting website Portal of Evil's favorite target for years. This old primer from a Portal of Evil user is a more fitting introduction to Kimmaugh than I could give.

Although Kimmaugh seemed to have disappeared from the internet by the mid-late 2000's, she recently reappeared in the spotlight as an artist shared the story of Kimmaugh's attempt to ruin her life:
