I had this one saved for a while because it's so zesty that it requires a semi effort post. But apparently there is this city in the US called Chicago. It's famous for good basketball , bad pizza, and high crime rates. So naturally this is the perfect city for two small town, yuppie, sheltered, mormons to move to. It did not go well.

Here is exhibit A: The video

Summary: Newly wed teenagers Jaelin and Brianna are also professional house flippers. They purchase a house in Chicago to flip and decide to take the subway for a new experience. Some guy sees them as easy marks and follows them throughout the city. They take refuge in a restaurant and the man waits for them outside. The couple and the homeless man egg each other on until the couple makes a break for a random car that they pretend is their Uber. Jaelin gets punched in the face on his way to the car and they couple calls his daddy and move out of Chicago. After one day.

So naturally a story like this is going to cause a lot of butthurt. So lets look at outside of reddit first.

All three of these threads is just relentlessly ripping and hating on the two youtubers. The biggest one who breaks narrative is Cleveland supremacist who forgot that at least Chicago has tourism outside of the NBA season.

Not the onion

This is overall the best, "best" thread on it. So I'll make some of my top three highlight dramas with it.

Highlights: Users call out the sub as barbaric, go swallow some bleach you animals, and being punched in the face is part of being an American

Now the drama aint over yet. The couple noticed the hate they got online and decided to make a response video. where they basically debunk claims that the dishonest media and reddit are making. The videos pretty cringe.
