I lived in Texas for a while and I enjoyed Whataburger, but in my opinion it doesn't compete with In N' Out.
I do have to admit that they have In N' Out beat as far as location goes though, I remember driving from San Antonio to Dallas and being able to see three of them at once on I-35. Those fucks are everywhere.
