How about all those people who do consent to being born but are never even conceived? If it's wrong to be conceived and born without your consent, then it's doubly wrong to not be conceived and not be born without your consent. In fact, it's exactly the same thing as murder!
They make it sound like we have time travel in the bag. At what stage is someone suppose to ask this baby for consent?
"Hey, I know your not neurologically capable, let alone know what language is, but I am going to have to get your consent on moving forward with this life thing, which you also don't understand."
Then lets even say somehow miraculously you can get consent, what if "no" is the response? The process has already begun. How capable is it of understanding the consequences, how can you prove it understands the choice?
This should be one of the more obvious situations where it's nearly asinine to try to apply a concept to reality.
