My boss made a good point. 3% of people are just hardcore unemployable, so you need to deal with them
Do you jail them? To expensive! Do you kill them? To morally dubious! So what do you do? They need to eat and smoke and drink and that takes money and because they can't hold a job, they either beg, borrow, or steal to live, and that just bugs the 97% who can hold down a job from time to time.
So the cheapest thing to do is pay these hardcore unemployable to just stay home and get drunk and high while they watch netflix and go on /r/drama
A welfare cheque is a small price to pay to keep the 3% happy and out of the rest of the world's way
If they're truly mentally or physically incapable of work, I'm fine with that. If, however, they are only unemployable because they choose not to work, then they should be forced to work. They can do it at the end of a gun, or at the end of a government check, their choice.
It is the height of hubris to assume that an opinion is an agenda. And 'agenda' indicates that you would actually take some action to promote your opinion, and not a one of these lazy fucktards would ever lift a proverbial finger unless their mom yelled at them to take the trash out or something.
