There are plenty of medical conditions where complications can lead to obesity: Hashimoto's Disease, Dysthymia, Hypothyroidism etc. >Just do a damn Google search before you make sweeping generalizations. Most obese people are obese from poor diet and exercise, but there are many obese or overweight people who are at their weights as a result of mental illness or disease and need extra help to tackle their problem.
