All of my lifts are fairly close other than standing barbell press. Deadlift is a bit higher. I also do 5×5 and have never really gone for 1 rep max on anything. I squat around 275, bench 250, clean, 220, dead a touch over 300, squat, a touch under 300. I usually don't even lift that much, only here and there. Normally I'm going about 80℅ of those numbers, but could and have done them. I like to go to failure on my last set, so it's not really a true 5x5. More like a 4x5, 1xamrap. Once I can easily hit 10 reps on the last set. I'll toss on 5lbs and go from there until I can get 10 reps on that the set.

Here's my story of why I went there. My ex wife was charged with DV twice against me. I told her after the first I wouldn't stay unless she got help. After the second time she was arrested and refusing treatment, I started filling divorce paperwork. She found those papers in my closet dresser drawer. As it stood, she wasn't getting custody because of her violent criminal history, and she knew it. She went to the courthouse once she found them, and said I was abusive. With zero evidence I was kicked out of my house with an emergency protection order. Then the divorce started. They didn't look at any of my evidence like the police reports, didn't care I had six different witnesses all saying I wouldn't do the things she said, but did believe she would make them up to get custody. Judge didn't care, with zero evidence, zero witnesses on her end, was granted everything she asked for, including custody. Fuck the money, I don't care about it that much and have some to spare, what got me, was losing my 3 year old daughter I had a very close relationship with. After three months passed since the divorce was final, she was charged with felony child abuse, the neighbors called the cops on her when she was beating my daughter. I now have full custody. The fucked up part, they wanted to put my daughter up for adoption, because this individual with multiple violent crimes, and now felony child abuse said I was abusive. There was never any evidence or even reason to believe I would do that. She had motive and everything to make a false accusation against me. Even though I had police reports and psychology reports from when she had to get an eval after DV incident one, and said she had mental issues. I still have my daughter, and we are both very happy. I still have to pay my ex alimony to keep up her standard of living. Which makes me cringe. Why should I support a person who tried to ruin my entire existence? She got my house she never paid a dime for, the nice car, all the savings, and most of my belongings like furniture.
Tldr, almost had my life ruined by a false accusation of abuse. It wasn't until after the divorce and she was charged with felony child abuse that I got custody. I still had to fight to not have her put up for adoption because of the false accusation being taken as fact against me. There was never any evidence, I never was charged, and was never arrested.

All of my lifts are fairly close other than standing barbell press. Deadlift is a bit higher. I also do 5×5 and have never really gone for 1 rep max on anything. I squat around 275, bench 250, clean, 220, dead a touch over 300, squat, a touch under 300. I usually don't even lift that much, only here and there. Normally I'm going about 80℅ of those numbers, but could and have done them. I like to go to failure on my last set, so it's not really a true 5x5. More like a 4x5, 1xamrap. Once I can easily hit 10 reps on the last set. I'll toss on 5lbs and go from there until I can get 10 reps on that the set.

Here's my story of why I went there. My ex wife was charged with DV twice against me. I told her after the first I wouldn't stay unless she got help. After the second time she was arrested and refusing treatment, I started filling divorce paperwork. She found those papers in my closet dresser drawer. As it stood, she wasn't getting custody because of her violent criminal history, and she knew it. She went to the courthouse once she found them, and said I was abusive. With zero evidence I was kicked out of my house with an emergency protection order. Then the divorce started. They didn't look at any of my evidence like the police reports, didn't care I had six different witnesses all saying I wouldn't do the things she said, but did believe she would make them up to get custody. Judge didn't care, with zero evidence, zero witnesses on her end, was granted everything she asked for, including custody. Fuck the money, I don't care about it that much and have some to spare, what got me, was losing my 3 year old daughter I had a very close relationship with. After three months passed since the divorce was final, she was charged with felony child abuse, the neighbors called the cops on her when she was beating my daughter. I now have full custody. The fucked up part, they wanted to put my daughter up for adoption, because this individual with multiple violent crimes, and now felony child abuse said I was abusive. There was never any evidence or even reason to believe I would do that. She had motive and everything to make a false accusation against me. Even though I had police reports and psychology reports from when she had to get an eval after DV incident one, and said she had mental issues. I still have my daughter, and we are both very happy. I still have to pay my ex alimony to keep up her standard of living. Which makes me cringe. Why should I support a person who tried to ruin my entire existence? She got my house she never paid a dime for, the nice car, all the savings, and most of my belongings like furniture.
Tldr, almost had my life ruined by a false accusation of abuse. It wasn't until after the divorce and she was charged with felony child abuse that I got custody. I still had to fight to not have her put up for adoption because of the false accusation being taken as fact against me. There was never any evidence, I never was charged, and was never arrested.

Here's my jump boots, and beret for 82d 2BCT 1-325AIR HHQ attached to A co as Lot medic. I was was a combat medic paratrooper who did a stint for about a year with 75th reg 2BCT. If I say much more, people will be able to identify me by going through my history. My dd214 is in a file cabinet upstairs with about ten thousand other forms. Since I highly doubt anyone here will follow through and eat a sock when I prove them wrong, and the fact you could use my history, find out how old I am, what age range I served, find me, and dox me.
