They try and make it seem like the government will send death squads to their door if they don't pay taxes. In reality they would only get killed if they charged the officers with one of their many katanas.
Funny thing is, there are a couple countries out there where the noble ancap wouldn't have to be constrained by taxes or government regulation but they don't want to move there because they're obviously complete shitholes with no security or safety. You'd think that Somalia would be the perfect place for ancaps, no government, lots of armed people willing to protect you from harm so you can choose between them, the ability to pave your own roads and buy water from wells. Seems like the exact place where a temporarily embarrassed millionaire like this guy could shine.
