Does everyone make these '/r/drama users are autistic' jokes so they can act like we're better than SRD because we don't anything seriously when we clearly do. We're less smug and not perpetually assblasted but that's not saying much.

Not joking (for once). I'm lucky that it mostly manifests itself in negative symptoms, and that i haven't had a psychosis in years, but it's still there.
Negative symptoms are the things that schizophrenics don't do, that normal people do. So lack of social interactions, emotional flattening, lack of pleasure etc.
Positive symptoms are things normal people don't do that schizophrenics do, such as hallucinations, delusions, paranoia, excentric behavior.
I got my negative symptoms decently under control with dopamine agonists.
I do have some positive symptoms, but they're not really that often.
I still don't trust my senses, though. I recently saw a bike driving by that had no one on it. It's relatively mild, but it's confronting to see something that you know just cannot be real.
I don't know if the principle of eugenics is assailable, or at least it's defensible to the point where people would still side with it. The problem is always implementation, and this is another example of why.
