I've done some looking around at a lot of these third genders other cultures have and honestly I really dont get why the ultra progressives bust them out. A lot of them don't seem to be inclusive but rather a way to subcategorize things like transgenderness or taking it up the pooper. If anything they seem to enforce an even more strict set of gender roles than the existing gender binary as certain deviations from the norm force you into a third "other" gender category.
Like seriously, every single one of them has to do with being gay or trans.
