Probably this will manifest for the new bully as a sort of revenge fantasy, in which the victim symbolically occupies the role of all the kids who used to pick on the bully -- the bully will claim the victim is the "actual" or "real" bully, and that they are only protecting themselves, or else enacting some sort of justice.
I am convinced this explains 98% of GG bullshit, on both sides. The real problem isn't that bullying doesn't exist anymore (it does), it's that the bullied kids no longer have to interact with their bullies, since they can form their own communities online with all the other bullied kids.
I feel like the Japanese have always been a sort of alternative white peoples by Nazi and white supremacist standards. I mean Hitler didn't seem to have much of a problem with them.
