If you look at history, you'll see that pretty much all change happens when people in positions of power and/or influence use that power and influence to change things, regardless of whether these people are politicians or business people.
Yeah like that time when the French revolution happened and all the royalists were just like "you know what guys this aristocratic business is too much, let's hand over the country to the peasants," and so they all peacefully abdicated and not a single person was killed.
Or that one time in Haiti when the slave owners decided they didn't want to be slave owners anymore so they used their position of power and/or influence to release their slaves and afterwards the former slaves and slave owners lived in peaceful harmony.
Also that one time in America when the southern states all decided they didn't want segregation anymore and so all the jim crow laws were repealed. btw why haven't blacks thanked us for this? They continue to act like they had some sort of hand in the matter with their civil rights movement and all that nonsense, but everyone knows it was us good boy whites who used our positions of power to create change.
