We need to mend the relations between the /r/drama mods and users

Hello friends, I have noticed some recent hostility between the /r/drama regulars and mods, and that needs fixing. We need to bring back this sub to the older days, when mods and users roamed free, hand in hand, sharing resources, memes, and fornicating side by side.
But as a user of this sub and former mod (multiple times over), I know this will not be easy. Lines have been drawn, rivalries formed, and relationships soured over various arguments and disputes. Drama is fun, but not when it tears us apart. So what is the solution, you might ask?
It's simple. We need a peacemaker. A lone figure capable of communicating with both sides and mending fences. A liaison, an ambassador, a diplomat. Someone who can relate to both users and mods alike and take both sides' interests into consideration. And here is where my really novel idea comes in:
Make me a mod. I understand the mod team's interests, as well as what is needed by the general userbase. I can satisfy both sides, both on reddit, and sexually too. In the same way that Jesus Christ of Nazareth was both entirely human and entirely divine, I am both entirely a shitposter and entirely a mod. The mods here merely adopted the shitposting and autism. I was born in it, molded by it, I didn't see a quality post or have a normal human relationship until I was already a man.
There is literally no reason to not make me a mod other than my history of abusing mod powers and destroying subreddits. And personally, I think judging a man's ability to do a job based on his track record of doing that job is quite prejudiced and I know this sub won't stand for that kind of bigotry.
So, what do you say? Will you let me lead this sub into a new era of prosperity in the current year? Simply take my hand, make me a mod, and we can go on this journey together.
