I'm not sure how this is justified. Congress gave the President almost universe discretion to deny entrance to this country.
These judges are blatantly ignoring amendments to the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952. The President can deny entrance to this country for national security reasons even if the said person have a valid visa for entry.
This is the entire liberal establishment ignoring 100 years of case law, the will of the Senate AND the constitution in order to maintain an illegal immigration scheme. This is the problem with Democrats making 'The Courts!' an ideological political issue.
