that's def true about punk. it's def not exclusive to metal, but it's one of only a handful of subcultures with the issue. i don't think country has those problems to nearly the extent you suggests, though. for all its slavery classic americana has a hardon for the oppressed and that's the basis of the tradition almost all country draws upon, which is pretty counter to nazi narratives. i'm sure there's far-right country artists but they're not a notable element in the same way they are in punk/metal/etc
The real answer is that a lot of the black metal culture started around Scandinavian countries who were trying to bring back pagan roots and make a statement against the Semitic religions (mostly Christianity). There is a lot of crossover with black metal and punk. There is a lot of crossover of black metal and paganism. There are lots of Nazis that use pagan imagery and celebrate pagan culture and there are skinhead punks who are Nazis. Basically it's more about pagan culture revival rather than legit "kill the jews" Nazism. And yes, it is super niche and I have never met a single person who listens to NSBM who didn't say "yeah I like the music, but I don't agree with the message".

There are groups that believe Marduk profits off of glorifying Nazi Imagery and songs about Nazi SS officers and anti-semitism.
Based on the riot that occored in Berkley in regards to Milo Yiannopoulos, it is reasonable to believe that there would be a threat to public safety if these groups showed up to protest Marduk.
You did not give the Special Event's Unit the proper time to meet with the promoter, conduct research, and discuss a security plan to include OPD officers.
Going forward, let's talk about upcoming proposed events so we can make sure everyone involved remains safe.

you have to consider what it means to have workers control the productions. Workers must come together, decide what to produce, how to produce it and the logistics. That is the state. The soviet union had this, Germany had this. The ideal that every single worker comes together to plan out the economy is clearly impossible, so instead it is delegated to a committee, which has enormous power.
This (as you mentioned) can be considered state capitalism. We have arrived to the conclusion that socialism eventually devolves into state capitalism.

Whenever too much power is concentrated, bad things happen. There is literally no example in history that contradicts this
And before you ask, no voluntary communes are not an example, considering everyone there was there by their own volition willing to share private property (at most a few thousand people) in pursuit of such a society. A small vanguard party in control of a nation of tens (hundreds) of millions is a completely different ballgame with different dynamics.

Second of all, let me spell this out to you. I'm not sure what you think was going on in all the socialist countries. Do none of them have a government? Do none of them have a centrally planned economy for which the state is responsible?
you have to consider what it means to have workers control the productions. Workers must come together, decide what to produce, how to produce it and the logistics. That is the state. The soviet union had this, Germany had this. The ideal that every single worker comes together to plan out the economy is clearly impossible, so instead it is delegated to a committee, which has enormous power.
This (as you mentioned) can be considered state capitalism. We have arrived to the conclusion that socialism eventually devolves into state capitalism.
Can you give me an example of a single socialist country that wasn't state capitalism? Every single one. USSR, China (before Deng Xiaoping's reforms), Cuba, North Korea, Vietnam. Can you give me an example of which socialist country produced and equal amount of wealth (if not more) and had a comparable standard of living (if not better) than one of it's capitalist counterparts? And of course, by Capitalist** I mean truly free market with little to no government tampering. I'm serious give me a single example, Look at the charts here, Capitalist countries outperformed Socialist ones **in every category
In theory it is supposed to be worker controlled but you and I know that this was not the case in any socialist country. This is what I mean when I am comparing Stalin and Hitler, both advocated for very very similar economic models. Social policies weren't too far from each other either, they just hated different groups of people.

Unless you want to crack down with police presence on every protest there is, you won't be able to prevent Antifa activism.
Usually though the police has no issue with violently suppressing and arresting rioters. I remind you of the inauguration day riots or the riots shortly after Nov 8 (Portland et cetera). Considering how every liberal news anchor lost their shit over the Milo thing and Antifa riots, I'd say the social stigma part is fulfilled as well.
