Yeah but a lot of the sjws attacking the film cite this as transphobia because no cis gender person (in this case Hannibal Lecter) can determine a person's gender. Therefore if Buffalo Bill thinks he is a woman, he is and is therefore transgender.

Pretty sure someone's therapist is actually qualified to determine if they are genuinely trans.
