Where exactly do you see the drama? It's just a picture of someone feeding their sick child. Was there some drama in the comments? A picture with a small caption isn't drama. Drama is the reaction and not the action. Look at the other posts on this sub and tell me where the drama is in this. You think that someone feeding their sick child is drama, but we really can't see it.
