Linkin Park call their original fanbase "kids" who need to "shut the fuck up" following fan outrage to their new pop song Heavy. They are currently deleting negative comments while buying thousands of fake likes

Did you know that the bathtub was first marketed in north america as a horse trough and dog scalder?

In the end, it doesn't even matter.

The first part sounds like some knock off sublime tbh.

even real sublime isnt very good

Fite me irl

I used to like No Doubt, but goddam, Gwen Stephani has really let herself go.

I know just what you're saying, so please stop explaining. Don't tell me cause it hurts.

I know what you're thinking, I don't need your reasons. Don't tell me cause it hurts.

sounds like they're just goofing around?

They used youtube editor to cut off the parts I quoted.. there were 30 more seconds where they flipped off their fans. Maybe someone will upload it on youtube soon.

(how do you do that cool vibrating text)

Linkin Park still has fans?

Upvote this! They just cut off the last few seconds of the video, where Chester says: "There's your Hybrid Theory, now shut the fuck up."

This is why you make back ups homie

Had no idea Linkin Park had fanbase.

With expectations.

Any self respecting music fan dropped them after their 3rd album when they went vanilla pop for no fucking reason.

I had no idea that Adam Levine got cancer. Sad!

Maybe they'll break up and Shinoda can go back to Fort Minor where he always shoulda been

Fort Minor

"10% luck, 20% skill, 15% concentrated power of will, 5% pleasure, 50% pain, and 100% reason to remember the name".

That song is on every sports clips youtube compilation ever made.

God damn. I used to be a LP fan back in the day (circa 2001 or around then), and while I'm still a bit of a metalhead I do enjoy pop music quite a bit.

This is just a really shitty song all around.

I used to be a LP fan back in the day (...) I'm still a bit of a metalhead

That's like saying: I used to be a Jason Mraz fan and I still like the blues.

Maybe. But bad metal is still metal, so I stand by what I said :P

I wasn't making fun of the quality of their music. I was trying to point out that it's a very poppy band that doesn't really sound like the typical band from the genre. You could easily find metal purists who would say old LP wasn't metal at all.

Well, it's "nu metal", right?

Yeah, but that's more of a name of a period in time than a music genre. Anything even remotely heavy, that was popular in the early 00s, was called nu metal. Even if it sounder more like grunge or hard rock than metal. People called Tool 'nu metal' and that band has much more in common with King Crimson or Rush than with any death metal band.

I didn't know Linkin Park were still a thing. For me they'll always be just a sad mad band from my childhood.
