That they are. I once casually knew a guy who got arrested for putting a camcorder in a staff bathroom facing the only shower. His excuse when caught was "I was going to pop up in the window to scare her and submit it to America's Funniest Home Videos." even though apparently the police found a dozen or so videos he had taken in the same bathroom on his computer. This was back in 2008 so he was a "It's just a prank" hipster really.
The best part was that he sent this excuse in an email to the girl he was caught trying to record showering, pretty much right after a Judge imposed a non-contact order. Apparently he then tried to tell the Judge that he was "clear up the misunderstanding".
The idiots did this on 6th St in Austin, which is a major hub of bars and nightlife. Its been over a decade since Ive gone drinking down there but even then it was absolutely swarming with cops looking to prevent trouble before it starts. These two are complete imbeciles to not realize how this would end.
Doubly so for having the black dude be the aggressor. Tripley so for acting surprised that hes still in jail.

It works too because now we're all talking about it and they probably got some more subscribers/views from people here looking for more drama.
It's no accident that they had the black guy throw the first "punch", it was to make sure the cops went after him so they could use it for attention.
