3.) It's likely to go to NJP for most of these troops. An Article 134 rarely--if ever--carries a court-martial with it. However, field grade officers do have the ability to administratively separate troops up to a certain rank. Some officers who are involved might receive official reprimands, which in many instances will destroy careers.
4.) No idea, but it was most likely someone who was an admin on Marines United and was removed. Also, it's possible someone outside that group had access to the Google Drive where all this shit was located. Either way, I wasn't an admin on Marines United, so I can't comment on that. But yes, there will be blanket parties.

After Basic at Parris Island and SOI at Camp Lejeune, I was transferred to Camp Pendelton, where I pushed papers around for a few years until I was recommended by my CO for Scout Sniper training. Then I got shipped out to Afghanistan in '02
