Destiny made the argument that people who work on the internet, mainly animators but he later includes himself, sometimes lose sight of how much of a privilege it is to do so compared to manual labor jobs.
Certainly art of any kind comes with its own sort of troubles, but comparing it to the physical wear and tear of manual labor is laughable. It's anecdotal, but my uncle bankrupted himself getting 3 knee replacements in the span of 2 years so that he could continue to build houses. Manual labor is brutal.
I think it's pretty childish that the entire animation community decided to circle the wagons at the tiniest criticism that wasn't really a criticism of their art. But then again, Destiny isn't doing himself any favors with his assholish tweets.
tl;dr people reading way too much into a simple claim about middle class people in arts having an easier life than blue collar workers (not saying I agree with that, but I doubt many people would give a fuck if this was just a regular person either).
So Destiny was on a stream and he said something about blue-collar laborers hating their jobs. Psychicpebbles made these tweets (read them from the bottom up) in response.
These tweets caused destiny to have the spergout in the video.
Now Destiny notices that people are making fun of him on twitter and he can't have that.

First I don't believe that he makes as much as he claims he does on ad revenue. I suspect most of his money comes from his fans donating money on Twitch.
Second Destiny's talking is just noise. He talks like a methhead, super fast and all over the place. More than that his arguments are so dumb they remind me of Trump. For example he makes the claim that we should allow cheap and abused labor into the work force. Then magic happens. Then everyone gets richer somehow.
Three he is desperate for attention. He follows other more successful people and writes on their twitter in hopes to start arguments for attention. Then he begs them to go on his channel to "debate" him.
Frankly I hated this guy when SC2 came out and I was excited for the game. Sadly he became one of the top streamers and was so toxic. He constantly had his fans brigade the SC subreddit until they banned any posts about him. He argued passionately about how it was okay to constantly use ethnic slurs in a derogatory manner. And even threw a hissy fit when a South Korean company fired him for calling a South Korean player a gook after losing. Then wrote a blog post about how amazing he is and how the company will suffer because how awesome he is. Nobody likes the guy. He was incredibly overrated as a player and was fired twice. Really it is no wonder that he hates Donald Trump, it is like looking in a mirror.
