Yeah, it pretty much is the author rambling on about how Zuckerberg is too powerful and dangerous all under the guise of being a re-review of the Social Network.
He's pissy because social network is an awesome movie and he's a whiny jealous pussybutt. Seems like a sorkin fanboy too and prolly butt hurt that he made a movie about the sinister vampire lord Zuckerberg. I don't get his point bringing up all the election bullshit and thiel controversies. How the fuck was social network supposed to portray future events?
