The prevalence of sexual assault has been going UP, and what constitutes as sexual assault hasn't changed. So, my point is, you can claim differences in reporting practices all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that there are more reports than there were before.
what about group assaults committed by unknown assailants? do you have any clever answers to cover up the fact that a majority of those assaults are committed by migrants or second gen immigrants?
Nobody has those answersX much like how our government isn't wild about gun violence studies, the Swedish legislature is loath to give out funding for ethnic analyses of crimes.
