Completely serious question: What's the point in going on hormones at 90? It's probably going to do nothing but shorten her life. It's not like there are going to be any dramatic, noticeable changes in her appearance.
My Grandfather was diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of 87. The doctors told him they wouldn't be prescribing any treatment as he would most likely die before the disease killed him.
