Why does this EA game have things about it that I don't like?

Because it's EA. Stop buying their games if you want them to change.

PC autists complaining about a feature that they would literally never use

What is Lan?

local area network. computers connected locally instead of ovee the internet for nearly lag free multiplayer

PC users need irl friends for that to work

Seems to me like exactly the same number of masochistic idiots would use split screen on the PC too - very few but some.

It's not exactly hard to plug in another controller and pull up a chair. Yes, a controller. Because that's exactly the sort of casual who'd split screen.

This is why I'm an iPad gamer.

Why the fuck are they buying an EA game at all.

Fuckers never learn.

It's in a handful of games for PC, and that's it. Its rate even when local was popular.

Man, /r/PCGaming is like a lite version of /r/pcmasterrace with less shaming of consoles, but holy shit the amount of drama in /r/PCGaming is great.
