I'm not into anime since it makes me puke. But the only anime that I managed to stomach and actually like is Steins;Gate. It's only one season (23 eps) so it isn't long and it tells a compelling story.
I like Dragon Ball Z Abridged. Primarily because it doesn't drag out shit like every anime I've ever watched. 40 minutes > 10 minutes works pretty well IMO.
